Who We Are
Yunji Intelligent Equipment is a machine tool manufacturer based in Tengzhou, Shandong — one of China's established machine tool industrial clusters. We design and build CNC lathes, vertical and horizontal machining centers, gantry type machining centers and grinding machines for metal cutting applications.
Our machines run in production shops across Turkey, Brazil, India, Southeast Asia, Europe and North America. Every unit is assembled, geometrically tested and trial-cut in our own workshop before shipment, and shipped with a documented inspection report.
We support standard catalog machines as well as customized configurations — spindle options, tool changers, automation interfaces and complete production line layouts are engineered to match the customer's part mix and output target.

Company History
Started as a machining workshop in Tengzhou, producing conventional lathes and manual milling machines.
Introduced CNC lathe and vertical machining center series with in-house assembly and testing lines.

Expanded to a larger assembly workshop and added gantry type machining centers for heavy workpieces.

Five inspection stages from incoming material to container loading, documented in the machine file.
Incoming Inspection
Castings, guideways, spindles and electrical parts verified against drawing tolerance.
Assembly
Bed leveling, guideway scraping and spindle installation by experienced fitters.
Accuracy Test
Laser interferometer and ball bar testing for positioning and circular interpolation.
Trial Cutting
Standard test piece machined and measured; report attached to the machine file.
Final Inspection
72-hour continuous running test, painting, packing and container loading supervision.
