Send us your part drawing with material, tolerance and monthly volume. Our application engineers will recommend the model, working envelope, spindle option and tooling, and provide an estimated cycle time.

Yes. Control system, spindle speed, chuck type, tool magazine capacity, 4th axis, bar feeder interface, chip conveyor and coolant options can all be configured. Customized bed length and special fixtures are also available for project orders.

Standard configurations are supplied with a widely used CNC system, and Fanuc, Siemens or Mitsubishi systems are available as options. Please confirm the system at quotation stage so the electrical cabinet and documentation match.

Yes. We can run a trial cut on your sample part or a standard test piece and send you the measured report, video and the machined part if required.

Machine model or your part drawing, quantity, destination port, and preferred trade term (FOB, CFR or CIF). With these we can issue a formal quotation including packing size and container plan.

We normally quote FOB Qingdao or Shanghai, and CFR or CIF on request. Payment is usually by T/T with a deposit before production and the balance before shipment, or by irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders.

Standard catalog machines are usually ready within 30 to 45 days after deposit. Customized configurations and gantry type machines require longer, and the exact lead time is confirmed in the quotation.

Quotations state a validity period. Within that period the price is fixed for the listed configuration; changes to options or exchange rate conditions may require a revised quotation.

Machines are wrapped in moisture barrier film, bolted to wooden bases and blocked in crates or open frames, with transport brackets locking moving parts. A loading plan and packing list are provided with each shipment.

We can arrange inland transport to the loading port and ocean freight under CFR or CIF terms. If you buy FOB, your forwarder takes over at the port and we cooperate on container loading.

Yes. Overseas commissioning, geometric accuracy verification and operator training are available. The buyer covers visa, international travel, local accommodation and a daily service allowance, agreed before dispatch.

We provide a foundation drawing with machine dimensions, anchor positions and load data. Power supply is normally 380V/50Hz three-phase and can be adapted to your local voltage and frequency at order stage.

The standard warranty is 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from bill of lading date, whichever comes first. Wear parts and damage caused by improper operation are excluded.

Common wear parts are kept in stock and normally dispatched within 48 hours after order confirmation. Critical components are sourced from the original suppliers and lead time is confirmed at quotation.

Yes. Service engineers provide video-guided diagnosis, parameter adjustment and electrical troubleshooting. Support hours cover multiple time zones, and urgent cases are handled by phone or messaging app.

Basic operation and programming guidance is included with on-site commissioning. Extended training programs for operators and maintenance staff can be arranged at our factory or at your plant.
